Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Everything in the Minestones store is digital content, delivered to your in-game account as soon as the payment is confirmed. This English text is a translation for convenience; the Turkish version governs.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed at once in electronic form and to intangible goods delivered at once. You separately confirm that you accept this with the consent box before going to the payment. VIP memberships do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel either; a membership simply ends when its time is up.

When is a refund made?

  • The product cannot be delivered: if the product is no longer on sale, a "once per account" bundle is already on the recipient's account, or the recipient cannot be found, the order becomes "not delivered" and your payment is refunded.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order: the extra amount is refunded.
  • An error on our side delivered the product you paid for incompletely or wrongly: the missing part is delivered; if that is not possible, your payment is refunded.

How to apply

Write to — with your order number (MS-…) and, if you have it, your Shopier order number, or open a support ticket on our Discord server. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Shopier; how long the amount takes to show on your card depends on your bank.

Good to know

  • If the payment is taken back through a dispute with your bank or Shopier, the digital content delivered for it (VIP days, Seals, keys, spawners, XP etc.) may be taken back from your game account.
  • Crate rewards are random; a reward that did not meet your expectations is not a reason for a refund.
  • Donations are voluntary and nothing is given in return. For a donation made by mistake, write to — and we will look into it.
