Minestones is a Minecraft PvP server with two different kinds of PvP. In Arena PvP you build a separate arena character, fight
the ghosts of other players and compete in leagues; losing costs nothing. In Classic PvP you fight the Minecraft way with the real
items you carry, and whoever dies drops them. /pvp opens both.

Arena PvP: losing is free
- Arena character: 9 slots, separate from your survival items. Helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots and weapon are open from the start; the shield, charm and rings unlock with your rank.
- XP Forge: draw arena gear with your Minecraft XP levels; the first draw is free. There are six rarities. Every win in battle mode gives a Forge Ticket: a draw without spending XP.
- Upgrade, enchant, reforge: make your gear stronger and reroll its stats.
- Pick an opponent: five opponents by Power, weakest to strongest. You fight their ghost with real Minecraft controls.
- Leagues: a daily league of 15 players in your Power band and a weekly star ranking; the top places win Seals and XP.
- Star Shop: cosmetics and titles for Arena Stars.

Classic PvP: real items, real risk
/arenatakes you to Classic PvP's safe waiting area. Walk through the gate and PvP starts.- Whoever dies drops their items; whoever picks them up keeps them.
- Once hit, you are in combat for 15 seconds: no escaping, and logging out kills you. Leave with
/arena leave. - Item duel: challenge someone with
/arena duel <player>. The loser loses everything they carry, so it asks you to confirm twice. - Friendly duel:
/pvp challenge <player>, with arena gear and no prize or loss. Clicking a player's name in chat opens it too. - Your stats and streaks:
/arena stats.
PvP in survival
PvP is on in the survival world too, except inside your own claim, where no one can hit you or the players you trust. Hitting or being hit tags you for 15 seconds: teleport commands don't work and logging out kills you. More: Minecraft survival server.
Fair fights
- An anti-cheat runs in the survival and Classic PvP worlds; cheats, macros and exploiting bugs are forbidden.
- Nobody gets flying (
/fly), VIPs included. - In Arena PvP, power comes from the XP, tickets and gear you earn by playing.

FAQ
Do I lose my gear if I lose in Arena PvP? No. A loss in Arena PvP costs nothing; once your daily league fights are used up, fights count as training.
What happens when I die in Classic PvP? Your items drop and whoever picks them up keeps them. In an item duel the loser loses everything they carry.
How do I fight a friend without any risk?
Start a friendly duel with /pvp challenge <player>. You fight with arena gear; there is no prize and no loss.
Which combat system is used? The server runs current Minecraft (26.2), so fights use the modern Java combat with attack cooldown.
