Distance Sales Contract

Buyer: the owner of the site account that places the order on https://minestones.net. The buyer's details are the site account used for the order and the details entered on Shopier during payment. With a gift, the product is delivered to the player the buyer names (the beneficiary); the buyer remains the party to this contract.

2. Subject

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of the digital products the buyer orders online from the https://minestones.net store, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Pre-Contract Information Form is an inseparable part of this contract.

3. Product, price and payment

  • The product's name, contents (days, pieces, levels) and price are those shown on the store page and in the checkout window at the time of the order, recorded with the order number (MS-…). Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.
  • The price is fixed by the seller's server from the game's catalog, not by the browser. A price change after the order does not change the order's price.
  • Payment is made on Shopier's payment page with a debit or credit card. Card details never reach the seller; Shopier's own terms also apply to the payment.
  • The contract is concluded when Shopier confirms the payment. An order not paid within the set time is cancelled automatically.

4. Delivery

  • The products are digital and delivered to the game account on the Minestones Minecraft server (play.minestones.net); there is no shipping.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the product is written to the recipient's in-game Reward Chest; the player takes it with the /rewards (Turkish /odulsandik) command. Delivery usually takes a few minutes; if the game server is down it completes when the server is back.
  • VIP memberships last 30 days and do not renew automatically. The days start when the product is taken from the Reward Chest; if the same or a higher tier is running, they are added after it ends.
  • If the product cannot be delivered (for example it is no longer on sale, a once-per-account bundle is already on the recipient's account, or the recipient cannot be found), the payment is refunded under the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

Since the products are digital content, i.e. services performed at once in electronic form and intangible goods delivered at once, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Before going to the payment, the buyer declares by ticking the consent box that they have read the pre-contract information form and this contract and accept that there is no right of withdrawal. The time of the consent and the version of the text agreed to are stored with the order.

6. Obligations of the parties

  • The seller delivers the paid product in full, with the contents shown at the time of the order.
  • The buyer is responsible for linking the site account to their own game account when buying for themselves, for writing the recipient's name correctly when buying a gift, and for keeping their account details safe.
  • A buyer under 18 buys with their parent's consent.
  • If the payment is taken back through a dispute with the bank or Shopier, the digital content delivered for it (VIP days, Seals, keys, spawners, XP etc.) may be taken back from the game account.
  • The use of the delivered content in game is subject to the server rules and the Terms of Use. In-game content cannot be exchanged for real money.

7. Personal data

The buyer's personal data is processed as described in the Data Protection Notice.

8. Disputes

For disputes arising from this contract, the consumer arbitration committees are competent within the monetary limits announced every year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the consumer courts above them. Questions and complaints can first be sent to —.

9. Entry into force

Before completing the order, the buyer confirms online that they have read and accept all terms of this contract. The contract is published on this page; the buyer may ask for the version that applies to their order by e-mail, writing to — with the order number.
