Pre-Contract Information Form

This form tells you, as required by Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation), what you should know before you order from the Minestones store (https://minestones.net/en/magaza). Before going to the payment you confirm that you have read this form and the Distance Sales Contract. This English text is a translation for convenience; the Turkish version governs.

Payments are taken through Shopier (shopier.com). You enter your card details on Shopier's payment page; they never reach us.

2. Products

Everything in the store is digital content, delivered to your game account on the Minecraft server Minestones (play.minestones.net). There are no physical goods and no shipping.

  • VIP, VIP+, VIP++, MSVIP: a 30-day membership. The perks of each tier are listed on the store page. It does not renew automatically: it simply ends when the time is up and you are never charged again. The days start when you take the product from your in-game Reward Chest; if the same or a higher tier is running, they are added after it ends, so no day is lost.
  • Seal packs: in-game Seals (used to draw cards and potions).
  • Crate keys: keys you open at the Crate Square on spawn or with /kasa. Crate rewards are random.
  • Spawners: spawners you can place on your claim in the survival world.
  • Arena XP: Minecraft XP levels.
  • Bundles: the above sold together. A bundle marked "once per account" is given to every account once.
  • Donation: voluntary; no product, in-game item or service is given in return.

In-game content cannot be exchanged for real money and has no value outside the game.

3. Price and payment

  • Prices are shown on the store page in Turkish lira (₺) and include VAT. You pay the price the site works out from the game's catalog when you place the order (the campaign price if a campaign is running). A struck-through price is the real total of buying the same things one by one.
  • You pay on Shopier's payment page with a debit or credit card. Shopier accepts Turkish bank cards only.
  • There is no shipping, delivery or other extra fee. Your bank's own charges are outside our control.

4. Delivery

  • Once Shopier confirms the payment, the product is written to the recipient's in-game Reward Chest. This usually takes a few minutes; if the game server is down at that moment, it is delivered when the server is back.
  • You take the product in game by typing /rewards (Turkish /odulsandik). Items that do not fit in your inventory go to /teslimat. Some products, such as spawners, are taken on the survival side.
  • To buy for yourself you need to link your site account to your game account (type /ms web in game). With a gift, the product goes to the Reward Chest of the friend you name (a player who has joined the server at least once). Writing the recipient's name correctly is your responsibility.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed at once in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered to the consumer at once. Since the store's products are digital content delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed, you separately confirm that you accept this before going to the payment. For orders that could not be delivered or were delivered wrongly, the Refund and Withdrawal Policy applies.

6. Complaints

For any question or complaint, write to — with your order number (MS-…) or open a support ticket on our Discord server. In a dispute you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee (within the monetary limits announced every year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade) or, above those limits, to the consumer court, at your place of residence or where the transaction was made. You can also apply through e-Devlet with the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).

7. Other

  • If you are under 18, ask your parent's consent before buying.
  • Your personal data is processed as described in the Data Protection Notice.
  • Minestones is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
